“I have been a Physical Therapist for over 10 years.   I began my career in my home state of Minnesota before moving to Wyoming in 2017.

The human body is fascinating and complex.   I love working with patients to create a specific treatment plan for them.   I also believe it is so important to educate patients on how the body works and to teach them the tools they need to help heal their own body.

I enjoy treating various patient conditions, I love the variety that each day brings.  However after becoming certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), aka The McKenzie Method, in 2016 I have a deep understanding and appreciation for treating spine related issues.  I have always been involved in sports, and as a result, I love working with athletes, helping them get back to their sport as soon as possible.  And most recently, after having my daughter, I became interested in Women’s Health.  Specifically pregnancy and postpartum issues.”
